We had a wonderful time enjoying the local area with the family. The free parking and proximity to the seafront made our trip even better. The kids loved the comfortable rooms, and we all appreciated the friendly service during breakfast.
My children wanted blackout curtains for a better night's sleep.

Oh mate, the breakfast sausages were a proper treat, and the location can't be beaten for hitting up Felixstowe's best eateries, like Hamilton Fish & Chips just a stone's throw away! Plus, the communal spaces were beautifully decked out, adding to the cozy vibe.
But let’s not beat around the bush, some of the staff could do with a bit more training. It took ages to nab a waiter for our order, and our plates got left sitting. Had to remind them about the missing dessert too! Still, not enough to put me off the overall experience!

Charming vibes but needs a revamp!
This place has some charm, with cozy communal areas like the bar where we enjoyed some good food. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. We had a decent-sized room, but the shower was a bummer with barely any water pressure. Oh, and the breakfast could definitely use a boost. sad scrambled eggs.

A prime choice for a city escape in Felixstowe with great value for the money. I loved sampling the carrot cake at the bar. it was heaven on a plate. Make sure to check if there are any events happening during your stay for a fun experience.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! Loved visiting the beach and hitting up the local arcade. Rooms were comfy and clean. Super close to everything. Just a heads up, breakfast was a bit busy but the staff managed well. Definitely worth the stay for a fun time!
One downside was the coffee situation at the bar. it closed early and we missed out. Slightly disappointing after a long day out.

Rooms left much to be desired, showing signs of significant wear with stained carpets and dated furniture. Bathrooms had blue tiles reminiscent of the 70s. one shower even fell apart during use. Noise from the nearby street and inadequate heating made the stay less comfortable, as did the limited food choices that leaned towards unhealthy options. Internet connection fell short, leaving us disconnected when it was needed most.
